What you'll be doing
|
Recruitment As a supervisor you will be responsible for recruitment of delivery drivers which includes interviewing and on boarding of incoming drivers. |
Performance Measurement To give our customers a hassle-free service that meets our high-standards, you will take responsibility for day to day communication with our delivery partners and our customers on site team, successfully delivering a premium service. You will need to objectively measure performance and quality, providing regular feedback and coaching as required. |
Our Fleet You’ll be working up to 6 days per week and your average workday will start anywhere between 7–8am. Vehicle checks are a crucial part of our business and will most likely be the start of your day. Dealing with various van hire partners and workshops is all apart of ensuring the service we provide to our customers is of the highest operational efficiency...after all we are a customer obsessed! |
What we need from you
- We’re looking for reliable people with excellent time management skills to join our team.
- You’ll need to be at least 25 years old and have held a UK or EU driving licence for at least 2 years.
- You will need to be computer literate and have a good knowledge of the geographical area of operation and the flexibility to work with a team.
- The position would ideally suit an experienced courier with good communication skills and the ability to manage people, processes and systems to ensure key targets are met.
- This is a busy role so you must be calm and organised with the ability to keep a cool head and solve problems under pressure.

Full Training Your training period will last about 4 weeks, it will include shadowing an experienced supervisor in one of our existing locations. It will include time out on the road with one of our experienced drivers and will ensure you are ready to hit the ground running! |
